Sarah's entire career has been dedicated to legal recruitment. From her beginnings at a boutique executive search firm, focused primarily on national General Counsel searches, to her experience as an internal recruiter with an AMLaw 100 law firm, Sarah has gained well-rounded experience in both in-house and lateral attorney recruitment. Most recently, she originated and managed the national legal & compliance recruitment practice for an established executive search firm.

Sarah also has extensive consulting experience, with particular expertise in employee engagement, onboarding, integration, and retention within the legal field.
